A North Shore native, Jess grew up in Deerfield, studied Human Development & Psychological Servicss at Northwestern University, and has since worked for several youth-based non-profit organizations in the Chicagoland area. Upon joining the WYO in December 2016, she brings with her several years of experience working with elementary, middle, and high school students in school-based, recreational, and therapeutic settings. Jess makes every effort to view each young person individually and holistically, taking into account their strengths, interests, support systems, and goals. As Executive Director, she is excited and motivated to lead the Winnetka Youth Organization into the next chapter of providing innovative, engaging opportunities for leadership, service, and personal development to the middle and high school students of New Trier Township.
